can report it by phone or over the internet.
By phone, call Oncor at 1-888-313-4747.
It will prompt you to press the key to report a guard
light out.
Have the location of the light out. Look for an address
on a home or business
near the pole that is out. Get the pole number if possible.
Over the Internet, use
http://www.oncor.com/community/streetlights/default.aspx
fill out the form as fully as possible.
